The drying section of the high speed mixer is composed of several units, the hot air is circulated horizontally in two (or several) units, the fresh air enters by the fan, heated by the heat exchanger, the hot air passes through the material layer and the material heat exchange, enters the lower chamber, and then flows to the next unit, the hot air after cooling is heated twice by the heat exchanger, the hot air penetrates the mesh belt and the material is hot again.

The hot and humid air is discharged by the exhaust fan to complete the drying, and the number of units of each heating high-speed mixer can be selected according to the characteristics of the material and the process requirements.
