Basic Principles of Heating High Speed Mixer

The materials in the hopper of the heating high-speed mixer are evenly laid on the stainless steel wire mesh by the feeder, and the mesh belt is driven by the transmission motor to move uniformly in the drying box.

The drying section of the heating high-speed mixer consists of several units, where hot air circulates laterally within two (or more) units. Fresh air enters through the fan and is heated through a heat exchanger. The hot air passes through the material layer and exchanges heat with the material, enters the lower chamber, and then flows to the next unit.

The cooled hot air is reheated through the heat exchanger, where the hot air penetrates the mesh belt and exchanges heat with the material again, and the humid and hot air is discharged by the dehumidification fan, Upon completion of drying, the number of units per heating high-speed mixer can be selected based on the characteristics of materials and process requirements.
