The discharge method of the horizontal mixer: the powder material adopts the pneumatic large door structure, which has the advantages of fast discharge and no residue; the high-fineness material or semi-fluid material adopts the manual butterfly valve or the pneumatic butterfly valve. The manual butterfly valve is economical and suitable, and the pneumatic Butterfly valve has good sealing performance for semi-fluid, but the cost is higher than manual butterfly valve. Jackets can be configured where heating or cooling is required. The heating method of the horizontal mixer has two options: electric heating and heat-conducting oil heating: electric heating is convenient, but the heating speed is slow and energy consumption is high; But the heating rate is fast and the energy consumption is low. The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, the jacket has a large heat exchange area and a fast cooling speed. The motor and the stirring main shaft are directly connected by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which has a simple structure, high operation reliability and convenient maintenance.
PVC mixing machine is used in the mixing of pesticides, veterinary drugs, food, chemicals, biology, aquaculture, ceramics, refractory materials, plastics, compound fertilizers, etc. It is especially suitable for mixing viscous materials.
