Machine lubrication:

The lubrication of the reducer adopts an oil immersed type, and its oil storage must be maintained at the oil mark line, and the oil quality must be kept clean. If it is frequently used, it is necessary to change the oil every three months. When changing, the reducer should be disassembled, cleaned, and new oil should be added. The electrical control components of the mixer should be kept clean and sensitive, and any faults should be promptly repaired.

After a single use or shutdown, the remaining materials in the mixing tank should be removed and the residual powder in each part of the machine should be brushed clean. If the suspension time is long, the dry powder mixer must be completely wiped clean and covered with a tarpaulin. When assembling and disassembling the mixing paddle, it should be gently disassembled, stably installed, and gently handled to avoid deformation and damage. Before use, an air run test machine should be conducted, and before the test machine, all connections of the horizontal dry powder mixer should be checked for firmness.

The amount of lubricating oil in the reducer and the integrity of the electrical equipment, then close the main switch, connect the power supply, and conduct an idle test run of the machine. Air freight test machine requires item by item testing.
