Drying Principle of High-Speed Mixer

High speed mixer is a new type of continuous drying equipment that integrates drying, crushing, and screening, especially suitable for drying filter cake like, paste like, and slurry like materials. The drying time of wet materials in the drying tower is only 5-8 seconds, and the water evaporates instantly. The quality of the product dried by the high-speed mixer is closely related to the drying temperature, wind speed, air volume, and crushing speed!

Hot air enters the annular gap at the bottom of the drying chamber in a tangential direction through the inlet pipe of the high-speed mixer, and rises in a spiral shape. At the same time, materials are quantitatively added to the tower by the feeder and undergo sufficient heat exchange with the hot air. Larger and wetter materials are mechanically crushed under the action of the mixer, while materials with lower moisture content and smaller particle size rise with the rotating airflow. The high-speed mixer is transported to the separator for gas-solid separation, and the finished products are collected and packaged, The exhaust gas is discharged after being treated by a dust removal device.
