1.PVC high-speed mixer equipment shall be placed on a firm, horizontal and vibration free platform with proper distance adjacent to it for discharging. The distance from the discharge outlet to the ground can be selected according to the process flow. 2.Before using the equipment, the foreign matters in the equipment shall be cleaned up, and the rolling parts shall be lubricated to ensure that there is no oil leakage in the gearbox and prevent the mixed medium from being polluted. 3.Check the rotation direction of the screw after starting the machine. Make sure that the double helix (looking down from the feeding port) rotates clockwise. When the screw rotates clockwise, the materials can be mixed smoothly, otherwise, the screw will be broken or even the gearbox will be damaged. 4.Before starting the machine, start the trial operation, turn on the oil pump first, and then turn on the tumbling motor. After the screw rotation direction is correct, the trial operation lasts for 20-30 minutes before feeding. 5.It is necessary to turn on the machine before feeding to prevent damage to the screw. 6.Fill the gearbox with lubricating oil, and the oil level should be at the base of the oil pointer. Select 40 or 50 engine oil under normal temperature. 70 or 90 machine press industrial gear oil is recommended to improve the service life of equipment. 7.When PVC high-speed mixer is lubricated with grease, it is recommended to use special grease 2L molybdenum disulfide or 2L2 # lithium base grease. The lubricating grease should be installed into the reducer 1/3~1/2. 8.The transmission head of the transmission case is lubricated with grease, which has been filled with grease before delivery. After 300h of operation, the worn iron scraps shall be replaced once to improve the service life of the equipment. Change the lubricating oil every 3 months after normal operation (10h every working day), and change the lubricating oil every 6 months for continuous operation.
