During the movement of the PVC mixer, particles continue to decelerate due to resistance until the deceleration ends. The drying tube suddenly shrinks again, so that the particles are accelerated again. By alternately reducing and expanding the diameter of the tube, the movement speed of the particles is also alternately accelerated and decelerated. The relative velocity and heat transfer area between the air and the particles are larger, thereby enhancing the heat and mass transfer rate. At the same time, the decrease in the air flow velocity in the expanded tube also correspondingly increases the drying time.
