When the PVC mixing system needs to feed, the pneumatic cartridge valve opens, and the feeding machine stops and the pneumatic cartridge valve is closed by delay through time control. Vacuum feeder waiting for the next cycle.
Heating mixing and cooling of materials The mixing materials are heated and mixed in the hot mixing machine, and the water in the materials is discharged by the forced moisture absorption device; When the temperature of the material reaches the set value, the discharge valve of the heat and humidity machine will automatically open and discharge the material into the cooling mixer for cooling mixing. When the temperature of the material reaches the set value, the discharge valve of the cold mixer will automatically open and discharge the material into the 1 cubic meter transition bin respectively.
The dust removal system is to use the pulse dust collector to remove the PVC and other raw materials, dry mix and broken materials respectively. The pulse frequency and pulse width can be adjusted by the pulse dust collector. Vacuum feeding and dust removal system is made of 304 stainless steel.
