Plastic mixer is currently a widely used type, suitable for situations where wet materials have good dispersion and only remove surface moisture. If the moisture content of the wet material is high and easily clumps during feeding, a portion of the dried finished product can be used as a return material and mixed with the wet material in the mixing feeder to facilitate the drying operation.
The plastic mixer is equipped with an airflow drying device with a disperser, and a squirrel cage disperser is installed below the drying tube to disperse the material. It is suitable for block materials with low water content and good looseness, such as filter cake of centrifuge and filter, phosphogypsum, calcium carbonate, sodium fluorosilicate, clay, coffee residue, sludge residue, corn residue, etc.
The plastic mixer air drying device with a pulverizer is equipped with an impact hammer mill under the air drying tube to crush wet materials, reduce particle size, increase material surface area, and strengthen drying. Therefore, a large amount of water evaporates during the crushing process, and in general, 80% of the gasification water content can be completed. This facilitates the adoption of higher intake humidity to achieve high production capacity and high heat transfer efficiency.
