What is the feeding sequence of the high-speed mixer? When using a high-speed mixer, pay attention to the order of feeding. Generally, large materials, such as corn meal, soybean meal, etc., are put in first, and then group materials, such as premix, are put in.
Note that the pre mixed material must not be fed by a spiral elevator, but should be fed by a one-time tilting bucket or manually to avoid the segregation and loss of effective ingredients in the pre mixed material. When choosing a high-speed mixer, pay attention to the discharge method.
The form of large door opening should be chosen, and the discharge form of side opening or bottom small opening should not be chosen. The reason is that when the mixer completes the mixing process within the specified time, it can ensure the uniformity of the material by releasing it in one go as soon as possible; If a spiral belt with a small opening on the side or bottom is used to gradually discharge the material, it will delay the time and fail to achieve the expected production rate.
Secondly, if the material has already reached the optimal uniformity, excessive mixing will actually cause the material to segregate and damage the uniformity, thus losing the significance of using a high-speed mixer. When using a high-speed mixer, batch feeding should be carried out after the mixer is started.
Do not stop the machine at the end of mixing and discharge, and mix another batch after the material is discharged. If restarted after full load, it will cause the power distance to be too large and burn out the motor. Select a horizontal mixer based on daily production volume.
