The proper loading of the  speed mixer is the prerequisite for the normal operation of the speed mixer and the expected effect. If the loading is too much, on the one hand, it will overload the two-dimensional motion mixer, and more importantly, too much loading will affect the mixing process of the materials in the machine, resulting in a decline in the mixing quality;
If the high and low speed mixer is too small, the efficiency of the speed mixer cannot be fully exploited, and the mixing quality will also be affected. Therefore, no matter what kind of speed mixer, the filling degree of the material, that is, the material level, should be effectively controlled, so as to ensure the normal work of the mixer and make the mixed feed meet the quality requirements.
In the high and low speed mixer, the filling degree of the material is controlled by the batching meter. For a continuous mixer, its level can also be controlled by a batching meter. In addition, the material level control mechanism can also be added in the speed mixer to achieve the purpose of material level control.
